## Shipping Within The United States
We work diligently to ensure every order begins its journey as quickly as possible.
Orders are typically shipped using UPS Ground, FedEx Express Saver, or comparable carriers unless alternative arrangements have been requested.
Customers are responsible for applicable shipping, insurance, handling fees, and any special delivery requests.

Due to health and hygiene regulations, all garment and apparel sales are final.
We encourage guests to carefully review sizing information before placing an order.
Returned garments cannot be restocked and therefore are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

## Seasonal Collections
Seasonal products including Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day, and other limited-time collections are considered final sale items.
If a seasonal item arrives with a manufacturing defect, the issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

## Defective Products
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 30 days of receipt.
A Return Authorization Number may be required before any return or replacement can be processed.
Please note that credit, replacements, or returns can only be issued for products purchased directly through Lust & Found.

## Returned Orders
Orders returned by the carrier due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to receive the shipment may be subject to:
- Additional shipping charges
- Reshipping fees
- A 20% restocking fee when applicable
Returned orders will only be reshipped after payment of any applicable fees.

## Damaged Shipments & Shortages
Should your order arrive damaged or incomplete, please notify us as soon as possible.
Concealed damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
If your shipment arrives with visible exterior damage, signs of tampering, or evidence that it has been opened during transit:
- Request that the carrier document the damage at delivery
- Retain all packaging materials and shipping cartons
- File any required carrier claim
- Contact us immediately with the claim reference number
Once carrier documentation has been received, we will assist with processing the claim whenever possible.

## Shipping Address Changes
If a shipping address must be modified after an order has been placed, carrier-imposed change fees may apply.
Address correction fees are determined by the shipping carrier and are typically no less than $17.
